Recreation | Transportation | Institutional | Office & Manufacturing | Residential | Commercial | TESTA new lightweight steel & glass reception area links factories to a 1930’s warehouse block. The warehouse block was renovated to contain new ground floor employee change room and locker facilities, a new cafeteria & kitchen on the second floor and a fitness area on the third floor. Throughout sensitivity has been paid to the old whilst a contrasting modernity is displayed in the new renovations. This project was award of Merit winner for Architecture in the Sesquicentennial of the City of Hamilton.
